Melanie held various roles at Amazon over several years, from Warehouse Operations Manager to Senior Program Manager. During this time, she leveraged communication and data analysis skills to identify opportunities, design strategies, and implement projects to optimize customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability. She has a strong background in finance, operations, and sales and also holds a leadership certification from Cornell University. Melanie is proficient with project management software and Cloud collaboration tools. Plus, she’s trained in Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma, focused on continuous improvement and problem solving to streamline work processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
As Operations Manager at Alphabet®, Melanie is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring operational budgets are met.
