Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Media Manager and executive team to create comprehensive media strategies, budgets and campaign metrics. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
    • Establish marketing programs.
    • Estimate cost of projects.
    • Provide estimate of costs
    • Plan and manage budgets.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
    • Monitor and evaluate.
    • Produce reports.
  • Use social media management tools to schedule organic posts on various social media platforms. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Co-ordinate media services.
    • Schedule activities.
    • Implement marketing activities.
  • Assist in media competitive analysis, media plan recommendations and media buying activities. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Conduct analytical marketing studies.
    • Monitor and evaluate.
    • Produce reports.
    • Prepare marketing plans.
    • Consult with suppliers.
    • Review quotations.
  • Advise and present to clients on advertising promotion strategies.
  • Negotiate the purchase of media space with media vendors and manage all related contracts and insertion orders. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers.
    • Prepare purchase orders.
    • Process purchases.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
    • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
  • Launch and optimize advertisements based on the media plan. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Develop marketing strategies.
    • Develop marketing and communication plans.
    • Develop media strategies and public relations activities.
    • Develop portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performances during campaign period. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Monitor and evaluate.
    • Produce reports.
  • Create campaign reports. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Monitor and evaluate.
    • Produce reports.
  • Assist with media research. Responsibilities associated to the duty:
    • Conduct analytical marketing studies.
  • Continually assess new media opportunities and bring forward new ideas to the collective. Responsibilities associated to the duty:

Preferred Skills & Experience

Education:

Minimum of college or graduate certificate (business administration, marketing management and communications)

Area of work experience:

Manage and coordinate media strategies, purchase of media space, and assess campaign metrics
